We are an independent bottler of small-batch spirits in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford. We procure mature and new-make spirits, add our own finishing and maturation preferences and distribute our whiskey to retailers across Ireland. We honour the heritage of Irish whiskey while staying independent and modern, and we operate with complete transparency and integrity with every new release. We operate our bottling line out of an historic famine-era workhouse and warehouse in Kilmacthomas, next to the beautiful Waterford Greenway.
We offer a variety of premium whiskies to suit the tastes of whiskey connoisseurs and novices alike. The Bill Phil, our peated Irish single malt, was the first triple-distilled peated single malt in Ireland in a century and has something of a cult following in the wider whiskey community. Our 10-Year Single Grain is ideal for any social setting, and has a clean, crisp profile with a sharpness from the influence of rye casks. We also offer seasonal small-batch releases of single casks, like our Pedro Ximénez Series or our All-Sherry Series. These premium+ releases are taken from a single cask for each bottling, so no release in a series will be like the one before it.
